Chinese yoga is a combination of yoga, acupressure, qigong and meditation based on the 5,000-year-old eastern traditions of health care. These exercises help the mind and body relax with gentle pulling and stretching motions that stimulate the meridian system of the body and facilitate the free flow of energy throughout the body. These ancient traditions believe that the blockage of qi (energy) can result in disease formation thereby weakening the immune system, causing pain and dis-ease.

People young or old, sick of healthy can perform these exercises easily because they are simple and they can be individualized to each person's particular health condition.

Free Class:
There is a once a month free (for a limited time) class on a Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. (inquire).

Follow-up Classes:
There is follow up and support classes two mornings a week from 9:00 to 9:50 a.m (inquire on dates and cost).
