I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Yoga sessions with you this past month. I have been practicing Yoga and Thai Chi off and on for many years and have been seeing different acupuncturists for a few years. I loved how you integrated the Yoga, Thai Chi and acupuncture meridian lines into one session. I did not know that many of the movements and postures were stimulating rebalancing and healing of my organs and my body because of the meridian lines. I felt simultaneously energized and relaxed after your yoga class and I slept very well each night after class. I also appreciated the small class size and one on one attention to posture. I am looking forward to attending more classes.

I just wanted to let you how much I enjoyed being part of your yoga sessions over the past month! This was the first time I had ever tried yoga and I found the experience to be far more rewarding than I had ever expected it to be! At the risk of sounding like a worn out cliché, after each class I felt “renewed.” It still amazes me how I could arrive at your class with so little energy and leave feeling tired, energized and relaxed all at the same time! If I had to sum up all the seemingly contradictory terms, I would have to say that I always left your yoga classes just feeling really, really good!

I also really liked the setting; a peaceful, carpeted room with nice lighting and a waterfall seems much more appropriate and conducive to doing yoga than a loud, brightly lit, cold, smelly gym somewhere!

I hope you continue your classes as I look forward to attending more of them in the future! Thanks again!
